Senior Project Manager



We’re searching for an experienced client-facing, Senior Project Manager, preferably with technology or similar industry experience, to work in a fast-paced agency who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will be the sole project owner working closely with account, strategy, creative, production, tech and quality assurance teams. You should be comfortable and experienced with direct client communication, estimating/scoping projects and managing multiple clients and projects.



  • Manage a large-scale website content management system migration as well as other smaller web projects
  • Lead estimation/scoping process with project management team and discipline leads
  • Define project scope and develop SOWs and Change Orders
  • Develop detailed multi-phased project plans
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and ensuring on-time project deliverables
  • Manage project scope, timeline and budget and execute change documentation when additional requests are made
  • Manage project communication internally and externally and document key meetings and decisions
  • Develop and track project schedules and budgets, monitor project scope, and handle invoice tracking and account billing for a project-based account
  • Report overall project status and KPIs internally and externally
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify appropriate resources needed on a per-project basis
  • Coordinate handoff of final assets to the asset management team


Job Requirements



  • 4-6 years of experience with 4+ in an agency environment preferred
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Technology or similar industry experience a plus
  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative and adaptable
  • Comfortable with quick turn projects and solution-oriented
  • A strong knowledge of best practices in project management
  • Demonstrates strong writing and communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • A high level of comfort with managing multi-channel projects in parallel
  • The ability to see big picture while managing every last detail
  • Experience with global campaigns and regional localization a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • SmartSheet, Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft 365 experience a plus
  • Must be open to early and late conference calls with global teams and clients, when needed
  • Must be open to travel in US and globally as needed
