Title: Project Coordinator
The primary focus will be to support the Senior Project Manager with general project analysis, planning, and coordination for a cross-firm program to implement and automate client reporting within a new reporting system. This role is expected to include a mixture of junior project management, business analysis, and project management coordinator functions.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

This role is expected to include a mixture of junior project management, business analysis, and project management coordinator functions.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the planning and coordination of all project activities to achieve overall project goals and objectives
- Ability to manage project workstreams and/or deliverables
- Monitor and track report implementation throughout the report development lifecycle
- Perform business analysis and project support through implementation; may include report and data analysis, test management, and implementation support
- Assist with the establishment of project governance and structure
- Partner with project Business Analysts, SMEs, Client Reporting Operations, and Technology teams
- Assist in the production of presentations in support of key stakeholder meetings
- Facilitate and document meeting minutes
- BA/BS degree
- Detailed business-oriented Project Coordinator (minimum 5-8 years) with Asset Management background
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, JIRA experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and develop them into project requirements
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management
- Client reporting and/or Vermilion experience a plus
- Operations and/or client service background may be helpful as well
- Strong industry knowledge of equity and fixed-income instruments for various products (mutual funds, institutional, hedge fund/offshore private funds)
- Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of challenging tasks
