Job Description
· Upgrade and enhance existing Ivanti Service Manager environment
· Work with Elite Certified partner, RennerBrown
· Day to day administration of Service Manager
· Maintain series of OOTB solutions to drive quicker ROI for our customers
· Maintain expertise in production releases of our Ivanti portfolio of solutions
· Maintain knowledge of best practices and newest practices related to tools and techniques for effective IT Service Management
· May perform other job duties related to expanding the footprint of Ivanti
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills
· Strong ITIL Knowledge
· Knowledge and previous experience of SQL Server databases.
· Experience with a call logging software product
· Advanced analytical skill
· Analytical skills for problem identification
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience with LANDesk Service Desk, Ivanti Service Manager, Heat Service Manager, ServiceNow or other Service Management Platform
· Knowledge and previous experience of Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting Services
· Project Management experience
· Business process experience
