Position Summary
- Provide users with reliable communications by addressing all issues concerning needs for audio, visual, video conferencing and multimedia.
- Install, configure, repair & replace PCs, configure basic network interfaces on various devices, troubleshoot basic networking issues, provide technical needs that may arise on a daily basis.
- Hands on experience in working and handling audio/visual equipment.
- Zoom Rooms, Poly VC Hardware, Shure Mic systems.
- Knowledge of nonlinear audio and video editing software. Adobe Premiere Pro a plus.
- Knowledge of video conferencing and installed audio conferencing hardware.
- Knowledge of Dante and AV over IP. Dante and CTS certification a plus.
- Knowledge of PC/laptop architecture in a LAN environment and other communication facilities.
- Good working knowledge of networking and basic TCP/IP configurations.
- Must have strong analytical skills, excellent communications, customer service, and scheduling/organizational skills.
- Able to work on new equipment, devices, and technology without formal training.
- A sophisticated design sense and ability to identify areas requiring repair and/or cleaning is required.
- Ability to lift or move equipment, and travel or work overtime, if needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience working with others.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional manner.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience with extensive focus in AV technology and PCs on a network in a medium to large corporate environment.
