The Business Analyst will work closely with client organizations across the company and other IT stakeholders to follow an Agile process for product development. You should have excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be someone who excels in capturing requirements, process-flows, integration, and priorities in writing. You should have some exposure to Agile methodologies and understand how to leverage these methods in a Business Analyst role.

 

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as a primary resource for capturing written requirements and related artifacts based on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in product engineering discussions to adjust requirements balancing user experience, timeline, and integration complexity
  • Partner with IT leadership & support planning activities with business leadership

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

 
  • 3-5 years experience in a business analysis role
  • Experience working with other analysts & product managers across a portfolio of products
  • Detail-oriented and excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to accomplish team objectives
  • Ability to function at both conceptual and detailed levels
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working in a SCRUM or otherwise Agile software project environment
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gliffy, and SmartSheets
  • Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & communicational skills (written, oral)
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Process oriented individual
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task on various projects at different stages and ability to shift priorities as needed
